Maya Noble’s Bat Mitzvah Donate Hot Meals to Feed the Needy at Masbia
My name is Maya Noble, and for my Bat Mitzvah, I decided to raise money for Masbia Soup Kitchen. It’s the only kosher soup kitchen in New York, and they make you feel like a mensch at a restaurant and not a soup kitchen.
Masbia is a kosher soup kitchen network and food pantry, providing hot, nutritious meals every day for hundreds of New Yorkers in desperate need of food. Alongside hot-meal programs, they also give out bags of much-needed groceries every week to those with not enough at home, through a weekend take-home package program.
My goal is to raise $1,800, which would sponsor 180 meals (every meal costing $10). Thank you for your support.
